You are eligible for one treatment every four months, up to a maximum of three in the subscription year.
Your first treatment is typically given on the day you sign up, after the consultation and payment of the first month’s subscription fee.
If a subscription payment fails, we will retry payment and notify you. You have 9 days to resolve the issue. Continued non-payment can lead to suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
